- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F7SPS122190400 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3829, NAICS Code 334519, small business size standard of 500 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line item 0001, Speed Control Monitor, Model ITCP SCM-240: Qty 3se. LED CLUSTER; pixel size 1.42?/36mm ` 5 amber LED?s, HP TS AllnGaP, 23 degree half intensity, Luminous Intensity 10cd per pixel. Visible viewing angle: 30 degrees. (XIII) Monitor Speed detection shall meet all established commercial warranty requirements for industrial grade. Clause 52.232-18, Availability of funds applies to this solicitation.
