Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB CA, is soliciting offerors for monthly maintenance and repair service for 30TH Medical Group's three elevators on Vandenberg AFB CA, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 13 Sep 02. This solicitation is for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be awarded on unrestricted basis. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-09. This acquisition unrestricted, the NAICS Code is 811310 and size standard is 5 million. The period of performance will be 01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03. Site-visit schedule for 23 Sep 02 at 10:00 AM. All attendee's must submit name to Yolanda Butler prior to site-visit. Oral responses will not be accepted. Any questions or comments must be addressed to Yolanda Butler and must be submitted not later than 4:30 PM, PST 25 Sep 02. Offerors must submit a written response, mail, faxed and received no later than 2:00 PM, PST on 27 Sep 02, to Yolanda Butler, 30 CONS/LGCB, 806 13TH Street, Ste. 2, Vandenberg AFB CA 93437.
