- The purpose of this synopsis modification is to add additional specifications to the transformer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This procurement is set-aside 100% exclusively to small businesses. The reference number is F13CE022320400. The NAICS is 333512. The size standard is 500 employees. The Pad Mount Transformer specs: The dimensions of the transformer are 6ft 5in. x 6ft 5in. x 9ft 5in. It holds 460 gallons of oil, which weighs 3372 lbs. The elements weigh 3510 lbs, the gross weight is 10575 lbs. 1500KVA /1680/725/932. HV 12470/Delta. LV 480Y/277 3 phase 60 HZ. This is a total rebuild of transformer to be accompanied by oil test results. Total rewind and parts as needed. New non PCB oil. Certified oil test and documentation and new copper winding. The warranty period is as stated; six month yard time, 12 months service time or total of 18 months to begin on the delivery date. The contractor is responsible for all transportation costs.
