- This Combined Synopsis Solicitation is under FAR Part 13 procedures. No written solicitation documents exist for this requirement. This requirement is restricted to 100% small business-set aside. All quotes shall be valid until 30 September 2002. The NAICS Code for this product is 541512 and size standard is $21.0 mil. All prices should include shipping with FOB Destination for delivery to Lackland AFB, TX 78236. This request is for Brand Name or Equal of CLIN 001 for one of each Document Control Automated Imaging System (AIS) Scan Station: Document Control AIS Software consisting of: one View, one Scan License, 90 Day Software Maintenance, Upgrade and Technical Support. Premium Scan Station Computer System (Micron Client Pro) Microsoft Windows 200 Professional, Intel Pentium 4 Processor, 1.6 GHz, 256 MB RAM, 40.0 GB HD, nVidia 32 MB AGP Video Adaptor, 17? MicronPC 700EX Monitor, 1.44 MB Floppy, Keyboard, Microsoft Intellimouse, 56 Kbps Modem, 3 Com 3C904c 10/100 Ethernet Card, Adaptec SCSI Controller and Cable, DVD-Rom Drive, ATAPI 16x48x Variable Speed, CD-RW Drive, ATAPI 12x10x32x Variable Speed, 30 CD-R Disks, 128-Voice PCI Sound Card and Speakers, Seagate ATAPI 10/20 GB Tape Drive, 10 10/20 GB Tapes, Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 2200DSE Laser Printer 19 PPM, Fujitsu SanPartner FI-4640s Scanner, 40 PPM, Sheet Feeder CLIN 002 of 2 each Additional AIS View License (Quantity 1 to 4). CLIN 003 of one each Document Control AIS Standalone System Software Maintenance, Upgrade and Technical Support (1Year). One year contract item will begin after the initial 90-day period. CLIN 004 of one each Onsite Installation, user Training, and System Administrator Training. CLIN 005 of one each Document Control AIS Data Conversion. Conversion of existing filed SBSS transaction data and scanned document images to the Document Control AIS format. Conversion service must be purchased in conjunction with an on-site AIS system installation. Delivery is 30 days after the on-site installation. Note that FAR Part 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. In addition, the clauses at: 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions/Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items(Deviation) applies to this request. Award will be based on 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, meeting the requirement and price.
