Description

NONPERSONAL SERVICES: Lackland AFB intends to solicit and award a commercial purchase order to Johnson Controls for the maintenance of the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, parts, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, software, and other items and services necessary to maintain the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) Equipment as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) at Bldg 5595, and various buildings located on Lackland AFB (LAFB), San Antonio TX. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.eps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation will be available on or about 18 Sep 02. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated with a performance period of one (1) basic year with four (4) option periods commencing 1 Oct 02 (or date of contract, whichever is later). This acquisition is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS is 811212, and the small business size standard is $21M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet, www.eps.gov, or by calling 1-888-227-2423. CCR registration must be obtained prior to award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
