- Description
- The Government has a requirement for a contractor to furnish full service of Home Infusion Therapy Service. From date of award thru September 30, 2003. For The VA Durham Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from date of award through September 30, 2003 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement is open to small and large business as well. The applicable NAIC is 621610. Potential offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation documents from the web, http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa or by sending a written request by mail to the address shown above or by fax to (919) 286-6819, Documents will be available on September 27, 2002. All responsible offerors are invited to submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date will be October 10, 2002.
