- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish work installing the aid-to-navigation (ATON) structures and associated equipment at Humboldt Bay, California. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Fabricate and install one single pile steel structure at Hookton Channel Light 13 (LLNR 8345), Light 12 (LLNR 8340), Light 6 (LLNR 8310), Light 5 (LLNR 8305), Light 1 (LLNR 8280), Light 2 (LLNR 8285), and Light 10 (LLNR 8330), with 5 ft x 5 ft platforms, light stands and ladder assembly. Coordinate with USCG Aids-to Navigation Team (ANT) Humboldt Bay for establishment of aids. Contractor shall survey new structures to 3rd order accuracy. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Process. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990, Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov) on approximately 8 October 2002. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due date for bids will be 7 November 2002.
