Description: The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division's Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisitions procedures to Peregrine Systems, Inc., 6550 Rock Springs Drive, Suite 510, Bethesda, MD 20817 for equipment and software maintenance and support. The vendor is the only source with the proprietary capabilities to fulfill the requirements of the Justice Management Division, Information Resources Management, Computer Services Staff. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four additional option periods of twelve months each. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor will a formal solicitation document be issued.
