- The U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney's Office at Phoenix, Arizona, intend to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Community Resource Specialist. Offerors must have the capability t establish an office within 100 mile radius from Phoenix city limits by shortest route available. The performance period will be a base year of 12 months. The notice is prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition The solicitation document will be available about September 18, 2002 and will be distributed solely through FedBizOpps web site www.FedBizOpps.gov. Prospective offerors interested in receiving a copy of the SF-18 Request for Quotation (RFQ) will submit an e-mail to the contracting officer. All submitted offers should state EOUSA-FMSS-2-00019 on the outside of the package.
