- The Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery Order against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement with FRANKLIN BOOK CENTER through an interagency agreement for the obtaining of Books and Periodicals by the Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These books and periodicals will be obtained through 30 September 2003. No solicitation document exists and no responses are anticipated.
