- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Network Systems Division, Procurement Branch (AQSS22) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to COMPCO, Inc., 5120 Virginia Way, Suite A-11, Brentwood, TN 37027 for the purchase, installation and training for MYSOFT.NET Telecommunication Management Software. This software product will be installed on equipment located at FAA/AMI-600B, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Delivery is required on or before September 30, 2002. Companies who can provide the above listed software product must indicate their interest within 5 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9174 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract. Oral communications are not acceptable.
