- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number for request for quote (RFQ) is F13EDS22421100. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. The NAICS code is 99999 and business size is Unknown. This solicitation is for purchasing of a Stage Screen Lift and installation in the Polifka Auditorium, Maxwell AFB, AL. Lift capacity for this must not be less than 1000lbs. Description: CLIN 1100: Stage Screen Lift, w/ a minimum capacity of 1000lbs. The travel speed must be at least 20 feet per minute, with a maximum travel of 50 feet. It must be equipped with safety limit stops ? Up, Down, and Over ? Travel. Unit should consist of 3 motorized line shaft units, 3 motor control panels, low voltage motor control cables. CLIN 1101: Labor to install. Interested parties may provide an or-equal item, but must provide technical literature.
