- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The NAICS code is 421420 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. It is the intent of The National Library of Medicine (NLM), under the National Institutes of Health to negotiate with ITRACS CORPORATION, 1501 W. FOUNTAINHEAD PARKWAY #190, TEMPE, ARIZONA 85282 for the following supplies: 1. ITRACS 6.3 Software (Server Version) QUANTITY 01. 2. Additional 5 Concurrent User Pack, QUANTITY 01. 3. Software Maintenance for 12 months 24/7 QUANTITY 01. 4. 5 Days consulting services (nonconsecutive days) QUANTITY 01. 5. 4 day administrative class (nonconsecutive days not to exceed 4 students) QUANTITY 01.
