Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F25600-02-R-0042 is being issued as a Request For Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. This solicitation is open to both large and small business. The following NAICS Code applies ? 333315. This Standard Industrial Classification code is: 3861, the small business size standard is 500 employees. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Government requests price proposals on the following: LH Systems P/N DHBNNP-010, DSW500 Digital Scanning Workstation with MegaPlus Kodak 6.3 Camera, 1 EA; LH Systems P/N DHBNNP-011 Roll Film Transport System, 1 EA; LH Systems P/N DSBLLA-033 SCAN Software for NT, 1 EA; LH Systems P/N DSBLLA-030 DODGER Software for NT, 1 EA; LH Systems P/N DCNNNN-000 Installation and Training (4 Days). Quote shall be for FOB destination. Items are manufactured by LH Systems, Inc. No substitutes. No partial quotes. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. The government reserves the right to make one award or split the award, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the government. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification--Commercial Items, with its offer (http//www.farsight.hill.af.mil). The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
