- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote No. F09650-02-Q-0174. This acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. NAICS Code: 811219 Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Period of Performance: 1 OCT 02-30 SEPT 03 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: Procurement of one-time service contract to procure 0001: All parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation ( including per diem and travel) necessary to perform calibration and maintenance for one each LK INC G80 Coordinate Measurement Machine s/n G8240), rotary table (s/n TRK-2L-103) and computer system located in Bldg 323, Robins AFB, GA: 0002: Allowance for reimbursable parts provided by the contractor in support of Clin 0001; 0003: all parts, labor, tools, materials, equipment and transportation (including per diem and travel) necessary to perform calibration and maintenance for one each LK Inc.
