SHORT-LIST OF DESIGN FIRMS/LEAD DESIGNERS for THE MOBILE, ALABAMA COURTHOUSE PROJECT: The National A/E Evaluation Board convened in Atlanta, GA to evaluate the STAGE I Submittals received on Oct 26, 2001, in response to GS-04P 01-EXC-0042.
