- The contractor shall provide services to prepare ethnographic overviews on three National Forests: Angeles, Los Padres, and San Bernardino. Contractor will review existing ethnographic files and reports, provide a new or updated discussion on ethnohistoric and ethnographic background for each forest, identify contemporary uses of National forest lands, places of importance, issues and areas of concern, identify Tribal socila and economic issues, develop a historic contwext, map ethnographic place names, prepare written report, provide updated GIS shape files on disks for ArcInfo. Solicitation will be uploaded on or about May 22, 2002. Offerors will provide responses to evaluation criteria and price proposals. Award will be based upon best value to the Government.
