- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents School (DoDDS) Europe Procurement Office anticipates soliciting and awarding a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for non-personal services in support of the DoDDS-Europe Early Childhood Initiatives. The services required under this acquisition will require the contractor to develop a training module for use by school administrators. The training module shall provide tips to Administrators on what to look for in a balanced literacy classroom utilizing Building Blocks, Kindergarten Place, and Creative Curriculum. Once the module has been completed, the contractor shall be required to provide Five (5) Four (4) Day training sessions at five different locations throughout Europe. In these training sessions, the contractor shall be required to train up to 40 people per session on the "The Teacher's Guide to Building Blocks, Creative Curriculum, and Kindergarten Place." This training shall specifically provide training for Kindergarten personnel in the use of Building Blocks in a center based classroom and other topics related to Building Blocks. Travel Costs for air/ground transportation, meals, and lodging shall be provided by the Government in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about 18 Sep 02.
