- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a Fixed-Price contract for the enclosed Statement of Work. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Defense Intelligence Agency has embarked on an effort to improve property accountability, end-to-end asset management, and business processing from a corporate perspective. This effort, the Corporate Acquisition and Logistics Management System (CALMS) project, requires the integration of existing acquisition, Information Technology (IT) requirements and budget processing; and logistics management system. It also requires a business process improvement effort in the logistics area, and update of automated support systems to support any changed/improved processes. The work will be primarily performed at the Defense Intelligence Analysis Center (DIAC), Building 6000, Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, DC. All contractor personnel assigned to onsite support for this task shall be U.S. citizens and shall have a final TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance based upon an up-to-date extended or special background investigation. Enclosed in this solicitation are: SF1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items and the Statement of Work.
