- Description
- The Virginina Contracing Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to award a firm fixed price - level of effort purchase order on a sole source basis to Least Squares Software LLC for the development, execution, and refinement of a prototype decision-making model. This is a companion project connnected with work previously accomplished under an existing contract. This notice of intent is not a Request of Quotations (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be submitted, not later than 23 Sep 02, via email to mike.patrom@dia.mil or via facsimile at (202) 231-3368. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
