- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR OFFICE SPACE ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office and related space. The Government presently occupies 11,286 rentable square feet of office space along with three (3) inside parking spaces in St. Louis, Missouri. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, alterations, etc. when deciding whether it should relocate. Occupancy would be required by June 4, 2003. AMOUNT: GSA desires to lease 11,286 square feet of BOMA rentable space. Rentable space must yield 9,814 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the agency for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. TENANT: United States Public Defender LOCATION: Offered space must be in the following delineated area: Within six (6) blocks of the Eagleton U.S. Courthouse. REQUIRED: Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space offered must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. TERM: Space is required ninety (90) days after receipt of approved Government layout drawings. The Lease will be for a term of ten (10) years; seven (7) years firm.
