- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to contract with Verizon for pay phone services for fiscal year 2003. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate With only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used.
