- this solicitation has extended the closing date from 9/13 sep 02 to 20 sep 02. The U S Naval Academy (USNA) has a requirement for the following: Civilian Employee Assistance Services for One (1) Base Year starting 1 October 02 through 30 September 03. Activity may exercise the right to extend contract for two (2) additional years. This solicitation shall close on 13 Sep 02 by close of business at 1630.
