- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement to extend the current contract and increase the contract ceiling with Harris Technical Services Corporation on a sole source basis for software and engineering support for various space and satellite programs until a new contract can be competitively awarded. The solicitation for the new contract, will be announced in the Government wide Point of Entry - http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. No solicitation will issued in response to this synopsis.
