- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source firm, fixed price contract to Information Handling Services, 15 Inverness Way East, Englewood, CO 80112-5704 for the procurement of CD-ROM Publication Subscriptions and applicable services, including ASME BPO 5 users, AIA 5 users, ASTM (complete) 10 users, ANSI MEchanical 10 users, ANSI Electrical/Electronic 10 users, ANSI Chemical 5 users, ASME (complete) 10 users, AWS American Welding Society 5 users, EIA 5 users, IEEE 5 users, NEMA 5 users, SAE (complete) 5 users, MSS 5 users, ANSI Construction MFR INTO 5 users, ANSI Nuclear MFR INFO 5 users, IESNA 5 users, Underwriter's Laboratories 5 users, Vendor Info 5 users, Universal Parts Center 5 users, DOD Standards (Incl 07A MIL Standards) 45 users, DOD Standards Historic (Incl 07 MIL Standards Historic) 20 users, Hot Specs 7-Day Update (DOD Standardization Services) 2 users, Naval Instructions and Directive Services 5 users, Haystack (must incl APL) 26 users, DOD Adapted Industry Standards 1 user and National Fire Protection Assoc (must incl National Electrical Code) 5 users. Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements due to their ability to supply all the requirements needed on CD-ROM and because of their ability to provide uninterrupted acces to the production codes technical information required by the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, HI. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12. A hardcopy solicitation may be requested by contacting Valerie Kolaric at (717) 605-5325.
