- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and the necessary supervision to demolish and remove building UK-1 and JSI-21. The buildings include, but are not limited to CMU block and steel framed structure with metal skin coverings, electrical and steam utilities, electrical enclosures, metal shed, crushed roof structure, exhaust fan and A/C unit. There is also miscellanious scrap debris (pipe & lumber). The removal of demolition debris from the Government property of demolition debris from Government property. No paper solicitations will be issued. Contractors are responsible for any amendments on the website. This project is a competitive HubZone setaside. The NAIC code is 235940 and the FSC is P400.
