- This is a sole source, COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, and the test program outlined in FAR 13.5, as well as supplemental information provided herein. This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The National Park Service intends to issue this requirement as a firm-fixed price delivery order using simplified acquisition procedures, which will be awarded to Belarc Inc., in care of Fedstore Corporation, of Maynard, MA. This procurement is for the acquisition and support for Belarc BelManage Client Licenses. This announcement constitutes the RFP and is the only solicitation that will be issued. This solicitation incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27, as if stated in full text, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and FAR 52.212-5.
