- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepar= ed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addi= tional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes t= he only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation= will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation.= The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are tho= se in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. The solici= tation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is= 532120 and small business size standard is $21.5 million. The contractor s= hall provide leasing for one (1) 66 passenger-bus (72 passenger rear engine= All American or equal) and three (3) 14 passenger-bus (24 passenger Blue B= ird Micro Bird or equal). Period of lease is October 1, 2002 to May 30, 200= 3 (8 months). Buses shall be delivered by October 1, 2002 to the Bureau of = Indian Affairs (BIA), Chemawa Indian School, 3700 Chemawa Road NE, Salem, O= R 97305. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors =96Commercial,= and the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions=97Commercial Ite= ms, apply to this acquisition.
