- NA The USARMAC at WSMR, NM intends to award a sole source contract to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc., 7150-K Riverwood Drive, Columbia, MD 21046, pursuant to FAR 6.302, ?Only One Responsible Source?. This is for Preamplifier-Antenna Systems, EMI Receiver Horns and EM I Test System Software. Sole Source is to Rohde & Schwarz because they designed the Preamplifiers, Receiver Horns, and their proprietary EMI Test System Software to be compatible with the existing EMI Receiver they also designed. See Note 22 (any proposa ls must be received by Friday, 20 September 2002, 2:00 PM (MST)).
