E-MAIL (carolyn.gay@redstone.army.mil). THIS ACQUISITION INCLUDES CLASSIFIED DATA, WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE CONTRACTOR HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID FACILITY CLEARANCE AND SAFEGUARD CAPABILITY. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. T he proposed contract listed herein is 100% small business set aside. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. Delivery Schedule 310 days after contract award; 110 days for delivery of first article; 90 days testing and 110 days for delivery of production quantity. Delivery schedule without first article tests, 110 days after contract award. Destination to be furnished. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicit ation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
