- Description
- Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement for a on site Base Training and Education Distance Learning and Testing Administrator. The requirement is for period of 1 Oct 02 - 30 Sep 03. The NAISC code is 61699, and size standard is $5M. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ), F65501-02-T-0017, will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Non-Personal Services: The contractor shall provide distance learning administration support and assistance, for Career Development Course testing, academic institution distance learning, Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributive Learning testing programs, Distance Learning Site management, Air Technical site coordination, and the establishment and advancement of education and training through the exploitation of technical advances in the areas of satellite broadcasting, instructional platforms and systems, and overall management of Elmendorf AFB's Distance Learning function, programs, and testing requirements. The RFQ will be issued on or about 18 Sep 02 with a closing date on or about 23 Sep 02. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr2000.com. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://FedBizOpps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on EPS.
