- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(II) Solicitation F7SPS122240200 is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% Small Business Set-aside under SIC code 5064, NAICS Code 421620, Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. (V) Please propose the item as listed: NiceLog System Voice Recording System, 1 Each. NICE, Archiving to DDS2, DDS3, DDS4 AIT-1, AIT-2, Magneto DisK (MO), DVD-RAM LAN interface, TCP/IP, 10/100mbps, Total recording, Selective Recording, Recording on demand, Audio Interface, Interfaces up to 64 trunks per unit, Records directly from analog, E1, T1, PCM32, Digital Extensions (2B+D BRI, Alcatel, Aspect, Avaya, Ericsson, NEC, Nortel, Siemens). NOTE: If items are on GSA contract, please list contract #:______________________ (VI) Supplied item shall be of a high recording system industrial quality. (VII) Place of delivery: NLT 30 Oct 2002, FOB: Destination, Andersen Air Force Base Guam, 36 SFS, Unit 14013, APO, AP 96543-4014, Bldg 23018.
