Description

The 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), CO seeks to purchase the following items to include helmets, canteens, sleeping bags, parkas, mukluks, mittens, wet weather overalls, wet weather parkas, field caps, and water proof bags. This Sources Sought Synopsis is hereby amended to remove the following statement: "A 100% Small Business Set Aside is anticipated." This Sources Sought Synopsis is now Full and Open Competition. Respondents must identify their business status, i.e., woman owned, minority owned, Native American (tribally owned or Alaskan Native), Services Disabled-Veteran owned, Hubzone, 8(a), or Large or Small Business, the point of contact with the appropriate voice and FAX numbers, as well as the mailing and e-mail addresses. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 314911; size standard 500 employees. The government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Offerors wishing to receive information on this requirement must submit their request in writing by 19 September 2002.
