- ESC/PKO, Operational Contracting Hanscom AFB, MA 01731 is requesting quotations for furnishing all labor, planning, material, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all services for CLIN 0001: Emergency Spill Response, with-in one hour after contact by Hanscom AFB, and CLIN 0002 Removal and Disposal of Hazardous Waste for the entire Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA 01731. The CLINs may be awarded together or separate, therefore Offerors are encouraged to quote both, or one CLIN. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562112 and the small business size standard is $10,500,000.00.This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thought FAC 2001-08 dated 29 July 2002. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be released electronically on or about 15 September 2002. Proposals sent via mail, hand-carried, Federal Express, etc. shall be mailed to ESC/PKOC (Operational Contracting), Attn: Doug Punzel, 20 Schillings Circle, Bldg. 1305, 3rd. Floor, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731-2800. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after receipt of quotes, with no obligation to the Offeror by the Government. Offerors are advised that the Government will not pay for quotation cost. This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. FUNDS ARE NOT currently available for this requirement. Unless funds are made available for this requirement, no contract will be awarded.
