- Description
- The 38 EIG/PKK has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange at USAF Recruiting Office, Cincinnati/ Hamilton Ohio, that is Commerical Business Lines for common user Dial Service within the local Exchange Areas. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be at the site listed above. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, is the only local exchange carrier (LEC) providing service for this location. Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company has the approval of the Ohio Public Service Commission to provide the required telephone service within the Local Access and Transport Area (LATA). The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) at the site listed above. The CSA will be written against the Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) Basic Agreement DCA200-96-H0043. Note 22.
