- Description
- The West Texas VA Health Care System has a need for transcription services for the period of 10/25/02 through 10/24/02 with two (2)- one (1) year renewal options. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside procurement. North American Industry Code 561410/$6M. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in accordance with FAR 12, Commercial Item Format. This solicitation will be available on/before 9/23/02 via VA Business Opportunities System. Any amendments will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all documents and amendments electronically from this website. Electronic offers will NOT be accepted. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and on company letterhead stationary with the appropriate telephone/fax numbers and authorized contact person.
