- Description
- The VA North Texas Healthcare System anticipates a sole source award to Lazarus Software Creations, Lewisville, TX for maintenance and support on the order management control system for the automated pharmaceutical dispensing system which is used to run the entire system at the Consolidated Mail Out Pharmacy (CMOP) Warehouse for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with four options to renew for a period of one year each. Solicitation 549-02-RFQ-208 will be issued in commercial item format. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 9-17-02. Bid opening date will be on or about 09-27-02. Solicitation will be available electronic and had copy format. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: www.fedbizopps.gov/. NOTICE: Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer and accomplished by a check for $10.00.
