- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor and equipment to provide laundry services for the Hines VA Medical Center, Hines IL. and the Chicago Healthcare System (Westside and Lakeside Divisions) Chicago, IL. Anticipated period of performance is December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003 with two (2), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government=92s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is solicitation is small business set-aside and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 812331, size standard $12.0 Million applies. Anticipated award effective date is December 1, 2002. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 18, 2002.
