- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish, deliver and install three Healthpoint Kiosk Counseling Information Center OR EQUAL - for the North Chicago IL VA Medical Center and nearby clinics. Procurement is unrestricted. Contract type is firm-fixed price. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Or at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation?number=69D-315-02 Offerors should contact michelle.ranes@mail.va.gov or (540) 842-4699 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $10.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
