- Description
- The contractor shall provide qualified laser technicians to deliver equipment and assist the surgeons in effective application of lasers and other high technology devices at the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS), 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. The VANCHCS is comprised of medical facilities throughout Northern California including outpatient clinics at Oakland, Martinez, Redding, Mare Island, and Chico, CA, Sacramento Medical Center at Mather, VA Outpatient Clinic at McClellan and other ancillary clinic sites. The solicitation will be an unrestrictive commercial items procurement for a base year and two one-year options. The following clauses and provisions plus any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions, and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. The solicitation will be available o/a 09/23/02 and may be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa No telephone or e-mail request will be accepted for solicitation documents. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to 415/ 750-2170. No web-based offers will be accepted. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments without further notice by the VA.
