- Description
- Contractor will provide Morgue Assistant Registry Services for the Pathology Department of the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This is an unrestictive procurement. The contract will be for one base year and four one-year options to renew. This is a commercial items procurement and the following clauses and provisions plus any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. This solicitation will be available o/a 09/20/02 and may be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa No telephone calls or e-mail will be accepted for solicitation documents. All questions must be in writing and may be faxed to (415) 750-2170. No web-based offers will be accepted. The offeror is responsible for downloading all documents and amendments without further notice from the VA.
