- Description
- Architect/Engineer Services to provide all services required to prepare and furnish complete construction documents consisting of contract drawings, technical specifications, design analysis, detail estimates and projected construction schedules and assist the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (DVAMC), Chillicothe, Ohio with miscellaneous construction period services as requried for the accomplishment of project number 538-03-103 entitled "Replace Electrical Distribution, Phase II" at the DVAMC Chillicothe, Ohio. The estimated cost range of the construction is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The geographical limitation for consideration is limited to within the state of Ohio. Submissions from firms located outside the geographical area shall not be considered. Qualified A/E firms desiring consideration must submit documentation outlining in-house capabilities to complete all phases of the required services in addition to the appropriate data as describied in Numbered Note 24 no later than c.o.b. October 25, 2002. Any requests for additional information on this project must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing. Award of a contract is subject to availability of funds. This IS NOT a request for proposals and a solicitation document DOES NOT exist. See Numbered Note 24. NAICS 541310.
