- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to rehab the pavement and parking lot 205 at ISC Alameda, CA. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (a) Scarify, grind, clean, repair, and prepare all existing asphalt pavement to be sealed or overlayed.; (b) Provide new asphalt concrete overlay; (c) Provide new pavement slurry seal; (d) Restrip roads and parking areas; (e)Provide new asphalt concrete parking including curb, gutter, sidewalk, and trench drain by the Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Lounge; (f) Parking Lot 205: Demolish and remove existing aluminum handrail and anchorages, and concrete sections. Install new concrete curbs, expansion joints, parking blocks, and steel handrail. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Process. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234110, Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov) on approximately 7 October 2002. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due date for bids will be 6 November 2002. This date is estimated and may change. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendment in paper form.
