- RFQ-HOU51705-0007 was inadvertently posted as a combined synopsis/solicitation on 09/16/02. This pre-solicitation will replace the notice issued on 09/16/02. The Federal Detention Center intends to issue solicitation RFQ-HOU51705-0007 for the provision of a Laboratory/Phlebotomy Technician. The Laboratory/Phlebotomy Technician working under contract must have the appropriate educational qualifications, experience and licensure commensurate with the job responsibilities. It is estimated that the contract will include five hundred and four(504), three(3)hour sessions per contract period(1 year). The solicitation will be made available on or about September 17, 2002 with an anticipated dated of receipt of quotes on or about October 3, 2002. All quotes should be sent to the Federal Detention Center, P.O. Box 526245, Houston, TX 77052-6245. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which will be considered.
