- S--Janitorial services for the Supervisor?s Office and Auto shop/warehouse in Eureka, CA. Contractor shall furnish all labor, cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services including carpet cleaning and window cleaning. The main building has two floors with an approximate square footage of 26,000 feet. The first floor has six (6) restrooms, two with shower stalls and two (2) restrooms on the second floor. There are four (4) entrances with adjoining sidewalks. The Auto shop/warehouse is approximately 5,575 square feet, but only 880 square feet require janitorial services. There are two (2) restrooms in this building. This will be a multi-year contract. Base year plus three (3) option years. This solicitation should be issued on or about October 7, 2002 and should be downloaded from this site.
