- Description
- USDA, APHIS, VS, Ames, IA intends to contract for the services of host animal efficacy studies in dogs for the Leptospiral Reference Bacterin Development. These reference bacterins shall also be validated in the target host animal. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Michigan State University, Lansing, Michigan. The contract will be a firm fixed price, and is being handled as commercial item procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
