Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1)- approved source is listed above; Deliver 17 pieces to the depot at New Cumberland, PA in 210 days; A 100% option is included; Government Furnished Material (GFM)under nsn 1090-01-493-3748 is required: Contractor to determine amount of GFM needed prior to award; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
