- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, 12, and 26. NSN 2590-00-129-5349 -- Tube, Filler. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 11645038 and all related data. Requested delivery is for up to 43 each to be delivered in 120 days to various stock locations within CONUS. The total quantity (including option quantity) is estimated for 344 each. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 09-30-02. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. The applicable NAICS code is: 336992. Availability of drawings. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 - Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. This is an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. A written quotation is required.
