- General Notice: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F13HOS22390300 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small business; NAIC:336991; Size Std: 500. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 CST on 20 Sep 02. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. Contract Line Items (CLINs): 0001 MONARK 828E CYCLE ERGOMETER Quantity 9 EA 0002 ROBO BIKE ATTACHMENT. This attachment is a computer-controlled modality that automatically controls testing workloads eliminating human error and human tapering with fitness assessments.
