- Description
- REQUIREMENTS: The U.S. Government seeks offers for up to 380,000 Usable Square Feet of warehouse and related space for new requirements and replacement of expiring leases. The Government will relocate from expiring leases if the economics and other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on agency mission and other variables to be determined by the Government will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and/or combine multiple space requirements. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for commencment of tenant alterations during the period of February 15, 2003 through March 30, 2004. DELINEATED AREA: In any of the folowing areas: Washington, DC; in Virginia in Arlington County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax or Manassas, Manassas Park Towns of Herndon and Vienna, or with 7 miles of the Dulles Airport perimeter; in Maryland in Prince George's County or Montgomery County.
